We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return window for all customers worldwide, starting from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, resalable condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence. For approved claims, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or a replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Due to our rapid processing times, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order after it has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you wish to request a cancellation, and we will do our best to assist.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge only if the request is received and confirmed by us before the order has entered the processing stage.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this instance, you may follow our Returns Policy to return the item for a refund once you receive it.
Custom orders, if offered, are final and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
